Good to know
What happens if lifts close for wind?
If more than half the lifts are closed before 11:00, day pass holders get a free day voucher valid all season. The board on our Mountain page shows holds live.
Can I collect my pass at the window?
Yes. Online passes can be loaded to your phone or collected from the pick-up machines at the Summit Express base — no queue.
How do I get to the village without a car?
Take the train to Visp, then the cog railway to Summit (32 minutes). Electric taxis meet every train and carry luggage to your chalet.
Is there a minimum age for ski school?
Peak Kids Club starts at age 4. Private lessons are possible from age 3 with a parent nearby.
Do you offer refunds on passes?
Day passes can be cancelled free until 18:00 the day before. Multi-day and season passes include free injury insurance.
